Boa Casa Portugal, Unipessoal Lda, which owns the brand Golden Homes Portugal, is a company established by
Vikas Tandon, an Indian Citizen who has successfully applied for the Portuguese Golden Visa in early 2020.
VIKAS TANDON
Vikas has gone through the entire process of getting a Portugal investor visa first-hand: from understanding regulations & the process, working with lawyers, and evaluating various investment routes, to documentation, and even planning and overseeing the rehabilitation work of his own property directly, without any middlemen. The experience has not only provided him with a solid, ground-up understanding of the process, but also enabled him to develop a network of very reliable and efficient partners in Portugal.
Having spent a lot of time in Portugal, for work and pleasure, Vikas uses his passion for the country and his deep understanding of the Portuguese Residency by Investment programme to advise clients who wish to apply for the Portugal Golden Visa.
An MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad, Vikas founded and led India’s leading digital marketing agency Indigo Consulting, before it was acquired by the French media giant Publicis Groupe. He has subsequently helped found two other ventures, Tyunami and Buttersport, besides investing in other startups.
NUNO INFANTE
Nuno was born in Évora - Portugal, where he began his studies. He went on to complete his academics in Lisbon.
Thereafter, in the year 2014, he started his career in real estate, working in the sale and rental of properties in Évora and surroundings.

In 2017, he embraced a new challenge in the management of Bed and Breakfast properties, long term house rentals, and Property Management.
Connected to the city by birth, family as well as by profession, Nuno is a true connoisseur and advisor of properties, especially for Portugal Golden Visa investors, in the Historic Centre of Évora, a city he is truly in love with.
